April 19, 1923 - December 23, 2023 of Orchard Park, entered into rest December 23, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Merrill Schenck; devoted mother of the late Francis (late Karen) Schenck; cherished 'Gram' of Mark (Lisa), Peter and the late James Gokey; loving daughter of the late Eldric and Evangeline Lafave; dear sister of Reda Hoth, Grace Dupree and the late Patricia Cloutier, Rachel Parent, Roma, Lionel, Marshall and Norman Lafave; also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Tuesday (January 9th) from 5-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Vianney Church, 2950 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park on Wednesday (January 10) at 10:30AM. Please assemble at Church. A private interment will be held for the family at Friends Cemetery in Orchard Park at a later date.
