SITARSKI - Mary Jane (nee Cook) Of Grand Island, passed away October 17, 2021 surrounded by family. Beloved wife of Gerald Sitarski; dear sister of Arlene (James) Yaksich and the late Joyce (late James) Kocot; loving mom #2 to Katherine (Aaron) Keeler and Stephen Yaksich; awesome great-aunt to Gavin Keeler, Lillian Keeler and Raeven Yaksich; also survived by many special nieces and nephews; cherished sister-in-law of David (Patricia), Robert (Katharina), Edward and Cheryl Sitarski; devoted daughter of the late Joseph Cook and Katherine (Joseph) Stefaniak. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Sunday (Oct 24) from 1-4 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow. A private interment will be held for the family at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mary was an avid gardener and member of the St. Jude Crochet Club. She was always singing and whistling, expressing her love of family, people and life. If you met Mary, you immediately liked her.
