Rose was a bright light who brought a sense of joy into any room she entered with her smile and laugh. She had a laugh that you could hear from across the room, that came from the bottom of her heart. Rose was the epitome of strength and resilience. Prior to her retirement, she was employed through Independent Health as a Community Outreach Worker. Rose excelled in her position and her true character was evident throughout her work in the community. She was a strong advocate for her patients, addressing their needs while helping to bridge social and economic barriers. Above all, her greatest love was her family. She was the glue that held the family together. She was filled with immense joy when hosting family gatherings. Her presence alone brought a sense of warmth and kindness to her home, making everyone feel welcome. She was a loving wife to her husband, Frank. They had just celebrated 42 years of marriage two days before her passing. Rose was a dedicated mother to her children, where she instilled her morals, character and strength. We will never forget her tenacity, grace and unending love for her family and friends. When you think of Rose, think of her heart, generosity and how she effortlessly put others needs before her own. Most importantly, when you think of her, send her a smile or a laugh and remember the joy she brought into your life.
