Velarde; Dear brother of Katia and Brittany Tapia; Cherished grandson of Rosa Hervias, Pedro Tapia, and Carmen Gaspar; beloved nephew of Linda (Joseph) Degnan, Jean P. Poma, Jannet Hervias (Pablo Ramos), Isabel Hervias (Thomas), Oscar "Freddy" Hervias, Richard (Liz) Hervias, Mercedes Pizarro, Avrio Tapia, Claudio Tapia, Elena Tapia, Sonia Tapia, Rosario Tapia, Blanca Tapia, Domtila Tapia and Janeth Tapia.
