(nee Gigante) Byrne; devoted father of Michael (Kathleen) Byrne Jr., Mark (Kathleen) Byrne and Melissa (Larry Doctor) Byrne; cherished grandfather of Mark, Matthew, Neil, Patrick and Clarice; loving son of the late James and Madeline Byrne; dear brother of James (Carol) Byrne; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd near Lake Ave. on Wednesday from 3-8 PM where prayers will be said Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Vianney Church at 10:30 o'clock. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Byrne was a US Army veteran. Donations may be made to Roswell Park's Leukemia Clinic in Mike's name.
