Michael E. Shanahan of South Buffalo, entered into rest on November 29, 2025. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Cervellera) Shanahan; devoted father of Erin (Bill) Galligan, Michael Shanahan, Alex (Julia) Shanahan and Kevin Shanahan; cherished grandfather of Christopher, Benjamin, Abigail, Joshua, Nathaniel, Emily, Maryjane, Clare and the late Evangeline Mae; also loved by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday (December 4th) from 4-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday morning at 10 o'clock.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org
