(nee Roman) Slater; devoted father of Michele Hafke and Michael Slater Jr.; cherished papa of Robert (Christine) Hafke, Michael III (Shauna) Slater, Braianna (Jay) McConnell, Nathan Slater, Ryan Slater and Amanda Hafke; great-papa of Lucius, Scarlett, Jacyen and Aria; loving son of the late Richard and Sophie Slater; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 2-6 PM, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow.
