She held nursing positions at Millard Fillmore Hospital (Buffalo NY), Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital Ambulatory Care (Amherst NY), Duke Medical Center (Durham NC), Personal Image Center (Cary NC), and Cary Medical Group - Gastroenterology (Cary NC). She was an exceptional nurse whose deep compassion was only surpassed by her excellent clinical skills. She loved her patients and taking care of them. Michelle enjoyed reading, going to the beach, music, dancing, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family - especially her grandchildren. She had an open door policy at her home and made everyone feel welcome. She was a sweet, kind person and will be greatly missed. The world is a lesser place without her. A North Carolina memorial service was held at St. Bernadette's RC Church in Holly Springs, NC.
