Devoted father of Kevin (Amber) McCooey; beloved son of Virginia and the late Francisco Soto; dear brother of Carmen (Mark Acevedo) Torres, Louis Soto, Lourdes (Hector) Soto, Ada Torres and Roberto (Gretchen) Soto; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
