BANAS - Mildred E. (nee Norton) Of Amherst, NY, entered into rest July 9, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Leonard N. Banas; devoted mother of Linda (Barbara Goldman) Banas; loving daughter of the late Adam and Emily Norton; dear sister of the late Gertrude Ignaszak; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the residence of Mildred's daughter on Wednesday from 7-9 PM for a gathering in Mildred's memory. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church Chapel, 71 Adam St., Tonawanda on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock.
