MENDEZ - Moses M., Jr. Of Cheektowaga, entered into rest on October 30, 2019. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Paluch); loving son of the late Bessie and Moses M. Mendez, Sr.; dear brother of George (Kathleen) and the late Ramon (Patricia) and the late Olivia Padilla; also survived by a niece and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Sunday from 2-8 PM where a Funeral Service will be held Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Mendez was a US Army Veteran, a member of the Lions Club and was a part of building the first solar home in WNY in 1976. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
