Nelson Fasciano

Nelson Fasciano, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, entered peacefully into rest on January 23, 2020 at age 91. He was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis (DeCesare) Fasciano for 61 years; devoted father of James (Louisa) Fasciano and Nelson (Margaret) Fasciano, Jr., both of Niagara Falls, and Anthony Fasciano of Lewiston; cherished grandfather of Lance, Lisa and Alyssa Rose; loving son of the late Vincenzo and Arcangela (Stagno) Fasciano; dear brother of the late Frank (late Rita) Fasciano, the late Christine (late Mike) Emanuele, the late Sam (late Genevieve) Fasciano and the late James (Joan) Fasciano; fond brother-in-law of Tina Romano; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Fasciano was a veteran of the US Army. He and his family owned and operated Niagara Dry Cleaners & Tuxedos, Variety Motors, as well as several other businesses. He was a devout Catholic, a member of the St. Josephs Church Choir, volunteered his time playing the keyboard at various nursing homes, and enjoyed vacationing at his home in Margate, FL. No Prior Visitation. Family and friends may gather to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary & Joseph Parish (St. Josephs Church), 1413 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls, on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 10AM.
