Father of Danny, Joey, Alex and Nikkie; loving son of the late Laverne Penny and Richard Bieber; dear brother of Richard (Cindy), Robert (Denice), Michael (Barbara), David, James, Mark and Jay (Tammy) Bieber; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Tuesday ( Aug 24) from 4-7 PM.
