VALVO - Nicholas A. It is with a heavy heart we announce that Jesus came to take his son Nicky home on May 4, 2018, at the age of 53. Nick was predeceased by his parents, Ignatius "Nick" and Antoinette "Ann" (nee Caci) Valvo; and late sister-in-law Karen (nee Doxbeck) Valvo. Survived by brother Anthony (Karen) Valvo and sister Linda (John) Gasbarrino; niece Alexandra; goddaughter Stephanie; and nephew Tony. Nick had a degree in science and was a police officer at Port St. Luci Sheriff's Dept., FL. Nick loved the beach, nature, his music, history, and his family. Nicky's fun-loving, caring, and gentle personality will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mass cards and flowers respectfully declined.
