PLOWE - Norman A., Sr. Of Amherst, entered into rest February 27, 2017, beloved husband of Evelyn K. (nee Mendolera) Plowe; devoted father of Kim Michael (late Sue) Plowe, Norman Plowe Jr., Daniel (Laurie) Plowe, Tara (John) Beck and the late Kristen Plowe; cherished grandfather of Heidi (Carly), Daniel, Zachary, James, Samantha, Madelyn, Lucas, Jacob, Adam and Troy; fond great-grandfather of five; dear brother of Ronald, Peter, Allyn and the late Arnold, Eugene, Donald and Randy; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Friday from 4-7 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow. Norman served with the US Merchant Marines and the US Marine Corps during the Korean War.
