Norman Verbanic, Sr.

VERBANIC - Norman, Sr. Of Elma, entered into rest June 2, 2017. Beloved husband of Eleanor (nee Todorof) Verbanic; devoted father of Jean (Randolph) Stankie, Nicholas (Laura) Verbanic and the late Norman Jr. (Dolores) Verbanic; cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; loving son of the late Charles and Anna Verbanic; dear brother of Barbara (David) Elias and the late Carl (late Patricia) Verbanic; also survived by relatives and friends. Mr Verbanic was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Sunday from 2-6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Bistrica Church, 1619 Abbott Rd., Lackawanna on Monday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
