Cogar, Sr. Devoted father of Ridge Cogar and his furry companion Tanner. Cherished grandfather of Jacob and Savannah Cogar. Dear brother of Arnold Cogar, Sis Windnagle, Polly (Dennis) Cogar and Christine Mullen. Fond uncle of Crystal (Zack) Mullen and Dylan Straight. No prior visitation.
