CARTER - Oscar R., Jr. "Ray" Of Buffalo, entered into rest on November 29, 2015; beloved husband of Suzanne R. (nee Mertz); devoted father of Brian (Jacqueline) Clapp, Raymond (Kathleen) Clapp and Kevin (Roseann)Clapp; cherished grandfather of Ashley (Chris), Ryan, Renee, Jennifer, Stephen and Bradley; adored great-grandfather of Mackenzie and Jonathan; loving son of the late Oscar R. Carter Sr. and Myrtle Davis; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan, on Thursday from 3-8 PM where prayers will be held on Friday morning at 8:30 o'clock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Interment at Acacia Park Cemetery. Mr. Carter was an Army veteran.
