Of Tonawanda, entered into rest October 30, 2025. Patricia was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Caci; devoted mother of Alfonzo F. (Leah) Caci, Everett F. (Dawn) Caci, Josephine A. (Douglas) O'Neill, Salvatore P. (Nadine) Caci, and Anna P. Caci; cherished grandmother of Andrew, Patrick, Nika, Samantha (Cristhian) Amaya O'Neill; adored great grandmother of Liam; loving daughter of the late Everett W. and Anna (nee Grandits) Francis; dear sister of Everett J. (Colleen) Francis; much loved sister in law and friend of Connie (Joe) Leto; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst (near Eggert/Sheridan) on Monday from 3:00 - 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia's Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (please assemble at church). Interment Holy Sepluchre Cemetery.
