Patricia M Baia - Entered into rest on July 7, 2024 to join her husband and loved ones. Loving mother, mother-in law, and cherished grandmother of 3 grandchildren; dear sister and aunt. Patti was survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Her lighthearted spirit, zest for life, sense of humor, and smile will be missed by all. A Christian Mass in Celebration of her Life will be held Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 10:30am in St. Mary's Church Swormville, 6919 Transit Road, Swormville, NY 14051. Please assemble in the Main church. In lieu of flowers, Patricia would be honored to have memorials in her name to Hospice & Pallative Care Buffalo or Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center - Leukemia & Other Blood Disorders.
