Carroccia, Patricia J. (nee Stevens) of Lackawanna entered into rest April 24, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Carroccia; devoted mother of Alice (Kevin) Leavell, Charlene (Frank) Guadagno, and Samuel (Kelly) Carroccia; cherished Nana of Jennifer (Dustin) Kennedy, Amanda (Bill Cline) Leavell, Zachary (Victoria Szrama) Guadagno, Salvatore (Caitlin) Carroccia, Cortney (Joshua Partridge) Carroccia, and Kevin (Mikayla Martin) Leavell; adored great-grand-Nana of Rome Kennedy; loving daughter of the late Charles and Alice Stevens; dear sister of Mary Bonnell and Arthur Stevens; also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Wednesday from 2-6 PM where a Funeral Service will immediately follow.
