DeROUCHE - Patricia J. (nee Balko) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest January 31st, 2021; devoted mother of Richard (Kathleen) DeRouche, Barbara (Norman) Isch, Robert DeRouche, Renee DeRouche, Timothy (Colleen) Czekaj and the late Laurence DeRouche; cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Stanley Balko and Junietta (late William) Radke; dear sister of Geraldine (Gary) Fierek and the late Stanley (late Patricia) Balko; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Wednesday from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Queen of Angels Church, corner of Electric and Warsaw Streets (formerly St. Michaels Church), Lackawanna, on Thursday morning at 10 oclock (please assemble at church). Pursuant to the NYS Guidelines occupancy limitations will be observed. Face masks required.
