Fenzel; devoted grandmother of Carson Carrano; adored daughter of the late Robert and Ellen Ingalsbe, Jr.; loving sister of Suzanne (late Ronald) LaVere, Margaret (late Richard) Kitson, Kathleen Ingalsbe, Mary Ellen (Rand) Bryant, late Robert III, Kevin and Thomas Ingalsbe; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
