Gappen, Patricia A. June 29, 1945 - September 28, 2024 Of Lackawanna, entered into rest September 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Beloved daughter of the late Nicholas and Anne (nee Poliseno) Gappen; loving sister of Lucille Gappen, the late Sharon (Joseph) Caserta, and sister-like and dear friend of Jenny Mcneil; dearest aunt of Josann Caserta and Joseph N. Caserta; cherished great-aunt of Nicole, Megan and Michael; also survived by many loving cousins. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (October 2) from 9AM - 11AM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's name to Hospice Foundation.
