LUGAR - Patricia Lou (nee Modica) Of Buffalo, born on March 17th, 1942, daughter of the late Paul DDS and Lucy Modica. Entered into rest May 12, 2022. Survived by her two daughters, Paula Lugar of Buffalo, NY and Patricia Lynne Lugar Dave MD (Sandeep MD) of Chapel Hill, NC; cherished grandmother of Emily Lugar Ballard, Vikram Dave and Vijay Dave; dear sister of the late Guy Thomas Modica (late Sharon); also survived by beloved relatives and friends.
