Patricia A. Usiak (nee Jacobs), 82, of Buffalo, entered into rest on May 2, 2026. Beloved wife of Thomas J. Usiak; devoted mother of Thomas Usiak (Christine Peterson), Jonathan (Caroline Rivard RN) Usiak, and Jennifer DVM (Robert PhD) Altshuler; cherished grandmother of Ryan, Samantha, and Allison Usiak and Jacob and Anna Altshuler; adored step-grandmother of Abigail and Ian Levick; loving daughter of the late Louis and Anna (nee Grabski) Jacobs; dear sister of the late Dorothy Anderson and Louis, Esther, and Robert Jacobs.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, on Wednesday (May 6) from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Leo’s Church, 885 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst, Thursday morning at 9:30 AM, followed by a brunch.
