(nee Devine) and the late Donald J. Flanagan; dear brother of Timothy P. Flanagan, Joseph T. (Karen) Flanagan and Mary M. Flanagan; former spouse of Lois S. (nee Davis) Flanagan; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Flanagan was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
