Paul J. Morgante, Sr.

Paul J. Morgante, Sr., Age 98, of Tonawanda, entered into rest on August 15, 2025. Devoted husband of the late Delores V. (nee Mentro) Morgante; beloved father of Paul Morgante, Jr. (Michele Bogold), Mark (Jennifer) Morgante and Cynthia (Joseph) Buffamonte; cherished grandfather of Matthew Morgante, Alec Buffamonte (Emily Berringer), Marielle Buffamonte (Rory Keohane) and Jeremy Morgante; loving son of the late Gaspare and Anna (nee Engoglia) Morgante; dear brother of the late Tina Morgante, late Philip Morgante and late Charles Morgante; also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends including special friend Marilyn Sims. Paul honorably served in the US Navy during World War II. Paul spent the majority of his career working for Bell Aerospace working as a propulsion engineer on the AGENA and Lunar Lander Ascent engine programs and as a Subcontracts Manager on the Minute Man Missile and LACV-30 hovercraft programs. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Tuesday, Sept. 2 from 4-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church, 263 Claremont Ave., Tonawanda on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 9:30am (please assemble at church). Entombment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
