Cuzydlo; devoted mother of Cheryl (Philip) Valore, Charlene (Kevin) Kelly and Charles (Karen) Cuzydlo; cherished grandmother of Chad, Kara, Casey, Richard and Brooke; loving daughter of the late Eugene and Claire Menard; dear sister of Joy (James) Hummell, Kay (Ronald) Fickenwirth, Claire Adam, Kenneth (Lisa) Menard and Guy (Marcia) Menard; also survived by relatives and friends.
