PALERMO - Perry C. Of Tonawanda, entered into rest on January 29, 2021. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Voltz Palermo; devoted father of Andrea (Anthony) Arnold and Amy (Frank) Taylor; cherished grandfather of Benjamin (Allison) Hartland V., Ruby Arnold and the late Jennie Rose Hartland; adored great-grandfather of Benjamin Hartland VI; dear brother in law of the late Carole Voltz. Perry loved to golf, fish and visit the Adirondacks, he also loved all of his workout friends at the VA hospital. Perry was a US Navy veteran. The family is grateful to the wonderful staff at the VA for their kindness and exemplary care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to VA Hospital. No prior visitation. Private Service.
