AUGUSTYNEK - Peter T. Of Amherst, entered into rest December 16, 2015, beloved husband of the late Elvera (nee Paolini) Augustynek and Teresa B. (nee Utz) Augustynek; devoted father of James (Laurie) Augustynek, Thomas (Lori) Augustynek and the late David Augustynek (Lorraine Linden); cherished grandfather of David (Sarah), Daniel (Dane;lle), Sara, Matthew, Melanie and Ashley; fond great-grandfather of Adrian, Julian and Michael; loving son of the late Peter and Catherine Augustynek; dear brother of the late Joseph, Frank, Leon (Helen) Augustynek and Florence (late Felix) Dombrowski; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Friday from 4-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Leo the Great Church, 885 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst, on Saturday morning, December 19, at 9 o'clock (please assemble at church). Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Augustynek served in the US Army during WW II.
