LIBERATORE Sr., Peter A., formerly of Buffalo, passed peacefully at his home in Charlotte, N.C. on July 13, 2026. Beloved husband of Joy Liberatore and predeceased by Mary Louise (nee Tomasello) Liberatore; devoted father of Peter A. (Melissa) Liberatore Jr., Carol Ann Liberatore, Jason (Madison) Romanyshyn, and Jill Romanyshyn; adored grandfather of Christopher, Eric, Peter N., Camellia Liberatore, Libby Romanyshyn, and the late Zachary Liberatore; cherished son of the late Attilio and Domenica Liberatore; dear brother of late Erminio (late Mary) Liberatore and the late Victor “Vittorio” (Natalina “Lena”) Liberatore Sr.; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. 

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Sunday (July 26th) from 2-6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park on Monday morning at 11 o’clock. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Peter was a United States Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Zach Liberatore Foundation, 3375 N. Benzing Rd., Orchard Park, NY.
