BADAME, Philip E. of Orchard Park, entered into rest October 3, 2025. Beloved husband of Barbara L. (nee Hoch) Badame; devoted father of Mary (Brendan Anderson) Badame; cherished grandfather of Beatrix and Isadora; loving son of the late Peter and Edna Badame; also survived by family and friends. Philip proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1970, achieving the rank of Captain. He served in the Republic of Vietnam, participating in five separate campaigns including the TET Offensive in 1968. He was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor, two Purple Hearts, four Air Medals and the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Bronze Star. Philip spent many years in real estate and owned the country music club Nashville North in Tonawanda, where he hosted Johnny Cash, Crystal Gayle, and Pat Boone, among others. Philip was an avid boater. No prior visitation. Inurnment to take place in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to Buffalo-Niagara Honor Flight.
