BERKELEY - Philip E., Jr. Of Orchard Park entered into rest April 17, 2016. Beloved husband of Carol A. (nee Siwy) Berkeley; devoted father of Joshua (Melanie), Rachel and Laura Berkeley; cherished grandfather of Philip, Emily and Annabelle; loving son of the late Philip and Evelyn (nee Crowley) Berkeley Sr.; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Funeral service will immediately follow. Flowers gratefully declined.
