(nee Siwy) Berkeley; devoted father of Joshua (Melanie), Rachel and Laura Berkeley; cherished grandfather of Philip, Emily and Annabelle; loving son of the late Philip and Evelyn (nee Crowley) Berkeley Sr.; also survived by relatives and friends.
