QUINN - Philip E. Of Lackawanna, NY, entered into rest on October 27, 2022. Devoted father of Kelly (Robert) Ruffner and Roza Quinn; cherished grandfather of Scott (Bridget), Zachary (Denise), Sarah, Harrison, Grace, Olivia and Caroline; loving son of the late William and Florence Quinn; dear brother of Florence (Tom), Joan (late Fred), Verma (Don) and William (Chris). Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at Agape United Methodist Church, 2846 Seneca St., West Seneca, on Wednesday morning at 10 AM. Please assemble at Church. Mr. Quinn was a US Navy Veteran, former railroader and lay minister.
