SPAGNA - Philip C. Of Tonawanda, entered into rest February 4, 2022. Beloved husband of Michele (nee Aprile) Spagna; devoted father of Theresa (Ronald Christopher) Spagna, Michael (Nydia) Spagna, Philip (Karen) Spagna, Lori (David Ziemer) Diati, Shelly (Robert) Karl, Francis (Eileen) Spagna; beloved friend Arlene Spagna; cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Michael and Provviolenza Spagna; dear brother of Lawrence Spagna and the late Providence Gigante, Mae Gambino, Theresa Carbone and Rose Uguccioni; adored son-in-law of Mary Lou Aprile and brother-in-law of Mary Margaret (John Egan) Aprile, Michael Aprile and Shirley Aprile; also survived my many nieces, nephews and cousins. Philip was a US Army veteran and the past President of the Retail Food and Produce Dealers Association of WNY. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Tuesday (February 8th), from 3-7 PM, where prayers will be held on Wednesday morning at 9 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church, Kenmore, at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Philips name to the JDRF Foundation.
