Philip 'Skip' Wicinski September 30, 1947 - October 2, 2024 Of Hamburg, entered into rest October 2, 2024. Beloved husband of Charlene (nee Bonda) Wicinski; devoted father of Michael Wicinski, Traci Christman and stepfather of Christopher (Janet) Rusinski and the late Wendy (Marty) Pritchard; cherished grandfather of Jared Siska, Jessica (Steven) Yox, Josh Wicinski, Jenna (Samuel) Freund, Amanda (Vincent Jaroszewski) Pritchard, Michael Pritchard Jr., and Alexander Montgomery; loving son of the late Stanley Wicinski and Irene Frankhauser; dear brother of Adam (late Roberta) Wicinski and Sandi Wicinski; also survived by nieces and nephews. Skip worked as a Blacksmith Welder at the Bethlehem Steel Plant for over 19 years. He then retired from U.S. Home as the President of Customer Service in Orlando, FL. Skip had a love for sports which include golfing, fishing, and football. He was a proud Buffalo Bills fan, win or lose. He also loved trains, Disney and traveling to Florida following retirement. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Monday (October 7) from 4-7PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7PM. A private inurnment will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery for the family. If desired, donations may be made in Philip's name to Hospice Foundation.
