Of West Seneca, entered into rest July 30, 2012, devoted father of Eugene (Carol), Roger, Marie and Andrew (Vicki) VanDette; cherished grandfather of Joy, Arthur, Alison and Nicholas; loving son of the late Louis and Adelia (nee Petrella) VanDette; dear brother of the late Ernie, Albert, Anna, Thomas, Richard, Rose, Josephine and Michael; former husband and friend to Shirleyann; also survived by relatives and friends. Mr. VanDette was a former elementary music teacher in the Sweet Home School District.
