Beloved wife of the late Henry Dzielinski and former wife of the late Leonard Kowalczyk; devoted mother of Larry (Maria) Kowalczyk, Joan (Thomas) Czechowicz and Tom (Marilyn) Kowalczyk; cherished grandmother of Melissa (Andy), Michael (Heather), Cristina (Nick), Lucas (Karie), Keith (Tracie), Nicole (Alan), Matthew, Joshua (Katie) and Michelle (Kyle); adored great grandmother of Brendan, Logan, Nora, Vivienne, Sean, Aidan (Megan), Karlie and Mila. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Monday (December 30th) from 3-7 PM.
