Beloved husband of Patricia (Costello); Devoted Father of Heather Toscano and Lauren Czosek; Cherished Grandfather of Lincoln and Oliver Toscano; Loving son of Elaine and Stepson of the late John Chmieleski; Dear brother of Janice (Jeff) Hetrick, Michael (Annette) Czosek, Kevin (Lynn) Czosek, and the late Deborah Czosek; Son-in-law to Carolyn Costello and Delmas Costello Sr; Brother-in-law to Daryl (Kevin) McNerney, Donald (Rosemary) Costello, Paula (James) Klapp, and Delmas Costello Jr; Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Rick was an avid and talented golfer, Registered Nurse, volunteer firefighter, and a follower of Christ. He brought joy to those around him with his positive personality, lighthearted humor, and zest for life. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and he had unwavering love for his family. He was the calm in our storms, our anchor, and our rock. He will always be in our hearts, thank you Ricky for making me the happiest, most thankful woman ever because I had you; I am truly blessed.
