(Mertz); devoted father of Ryan Hoekstra, Laura (Jeremy) Maciejewski, Garrett Hoekstra and the late Julia Hoekstra; adored grandfather of Hannah, Jocelyn, Emily and Stephen Maciejewski; loving son of the late I. Arthur and Beatrice Hoekstra; dear brother of Barbara (James Stumpf) Hoekstra, Marcia (David) Gunther and David (Barbara) Hoekstra; also survived by many loving friends and relatives. Relatives and friends may visit St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 4007 Main St., Eggertsville, NY, Monday from 10 AM-12 PM, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow.
