Of Buffalo, entered into rest September 19, 2016; beloved husband of Sally (nee Vallone) Markle and the late Linda (nee Bondanella) Markle; devoted father of Kerry (Rick) Jankowski, Richard (Dawn) Markle and Joanna Hayden; cherished grandfather of Emma, Dylan, Alena, Anya, Anthony and Cullen; very fond of Joseph (Heather) Battaglia and Eric Bednarz; loving son of the late Addison and Mildred Markle; dear brother of Gene Markle; dear brother-in-law of Adele Vallone (Joe Rey), Josephine (Manny) Taibbi, Mary Vallone, Jeffrey Politano, Charles Bondanella and the late Arthur (Kim) Vallone; also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Saturday from 2-4:30 PM, for a Gathering in Richard's memory.
