Of Amherst, entered into rest March 23, 2015, beloved husband of Shirley A. (nee Berger) McNamara; devoted father of Jill Todaro and Timothy (Rebecca) McNamara; cherished grandfather of Macayla, Matthew and Lillian; loving son of the late James and Margaret McNamara; dear brother of Elizabeth (Richard) Salvinski, Michael (Ilene) McNamara, Mary Alice Sawyer, Margaret (Paul) Belliotti, Jane McNamara, and the late James (Shirley) McNamara; fond step-brother of Kathleen (Kenneth) Hennig, Mark (Maryanne) O'Rourke, Neil (Mary) O'Rourke, and Michael (Sandra) O'Rourke; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 4007 Main St., Amherst on Friday morning 10 o'clock. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) Mr. McNamara was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
