Richard Nola

93, of Tonawanda, entered into rest on November 15, 2025. Devoted husband of 71 years to Grace (nee Polito) Nola; beloved father of Teresa Marioles (Don Liverani), Karen Nola, and Elaine (Matthew) Raimondo; cherished grandfather of Karen Grace, Luke, Nola, Sara, Emma, Caleb, Alia, Ian, and Marilyn; beloved Papa to 9 great grandchildren; dear brother of Kristin (Dr. David) Conti, Charles (late Carol) Nola, and the late Sharon Cleggett; loving son of the late Charles (Genevieve) Nola and Marian (Henry) Festa; brother-in-law of Jeanette Nola (late Ray), and the late Anna (Phil) Limina; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Richard's pride in life was his family, especially his beautiful wife of 71 years and his three daughters. Richard prided himself on his work ethic, working tirelessly to support his family, finally retiring from the New York State Lottery in 2000. In retirement, Richard found a new passion in life--music. He spent his later years providing music and entertainment to the senior community of WNY, and was an active member of his Senior Club. Richard loved life, traveling, good Italian food, and maintained a strong faith in God throughout his life.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday, November 19 from 3-7 PM, where a prayer service will follow at 7 PM. Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Condolences may be made on this page.
