Devoted father of Fredrick Chip, Daniel, Samuel (Kathryn), Timothy (Chris), late Roberta Jane (David) Sands, and Lawrence (Colleen); cherished grandfather of Grace, Samuel, Timothy, Jr., Jamie, David (Erin), Cathryn, David, Jeremiah, Mason and Ivy; loving son of the late Frederick F. and Muriel M. Sullivan; predeceased by three brothers and one sister; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. No prior visitation. Private Service. Richard was a United States Army Veteran, an avid runner, and founder of Belle Watling Running Club. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Richards honor to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
