THUMAN - Richard S. Of Tonawanda, entered into rest January 15, 2021. Beloved husband of Roberta Bobbie Twardowski; devoted father of Pamela (Tom) Dent, Cheryl (Bob) Drescher and Gary (Mary Anne) Thuman; adored grandfather of four grandsons; cherished great-grandfather of three great-grandsons; loving son of the late Sylvester and Agnes Thuman; dear brother of Marge (late Vin) Daly, Bill (Cynthia) Thuman, and the late Gerald (Anne) Thuman and the late David (Pat) Thuman. He is survived by many other dear relatives and friends. Richard was a volunteer fireman for Ellicott Creek for over 50 years. After his retirement from Tripi Foods, he worked for the Food Bank of Western New York for 10 years. Friends and relatives may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday 1-4 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrate Thursday at 9:30 AM at St. Christophers Roman Catholic Church, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, NY. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery for family only due to COVID-19 restrictions. PURSUANT TO NYS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED. PLEASE WEAR A FACE COVERING.
