Foster, Ricky L., 67, of Buffalo, entered into rest on February 7, 2026. Beloved father of Jocelyn Foster; loving son of Jessie (nee Cook) Foster and the late Robert Foster; dear brother of Hattie, Patrick (Karina), and Donald Foster. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
