Robert C. "Bob" Black

Robert C. “Bob” Black, 70, of Kenmore, entered into rest on September 18, 2025. Devoted husband of 41 years to Christine (nee Picone) Black; beloved father of Joseph (Dorothy) Black, Anthony Black, Robert (Danielle) Black, Vincent (Whitney) Black and Renee Rolle; cherished grandfather of Joseph, Sophia, Rosalee, Olivia and Maxim; loving son of the late Paul and Helen (nee Myers) Black; dear brother of Alice, Carol, Linda, Russell, Kathleen, Douglas, Gary and Donna; also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Bob was a jack of all trades, working at BonTon, Buffalo China and Buffalo Bearing where he retired as an Inventory Control Manager. Above all, Bob was a phenomenal and loving husband, father and grandfather who cherished the time he spent with his family. They never felt second to anyone in his life. He was an avid Sabres and Bills Fan.

No prior visitation. A brief service will be held for Robert on October 11th at Mt Olive Cemetary, All Saints Cremation Garden lot https://maps.app.goo.gl/FEG452W37MwQboSq6 Service to start at 9am with a brunch immediately following for family and friends at 186 Imperial Dr

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Empire State Ride. Bob’s son, Vincent, rides every year in his father’s honor. As soon as the link is available for Vincent, we will post it to this page. Condolences may be shared on this page.
