Robert C. Gosch

GOSCH - Robert C. Of Amherst, passed away on August 1, 2021. Most beloved husband of Janet (nee Westra) Gosch; cherished father of Jordan (Justin) Castleberry, Troy Joos and Madison Gosch; adored grandfather of Carmen Blair; also loved by siblings, nieces and nephews. Bob was a well respected member of the WNY fitness community. Bob had a career that spanned 40+ years hallmarked by a passionate commitment to health and personal evolution from an award-winning Track & Field athlete, to National Collegiate Bodybuilding Champion, culminating in earning the Mr. USA title, and, subsequently developing extraordinary wellness facilities to bring about meaningful changes for clients in all walks of life. Bob became a PGA teaching professional in 2007. He was co-owner of ALTYOU in Williamsville, NY. Bob loved God, his family and his clients. Relatives and friends may visit St. Mark Church, 401 Woodward Ave., Buffalo on Friday morning (August 6th) from 10-10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 10:30 AM.
