Robert G. Kothe

KOTHE - Robert G. Basketball Bob Age 79, died Sunday, February 13, 2022. Bob is predeceased by his parents, Donald and Beulah (nee Yahn) Kothe, brother, Bernard Kothe, sister, Geraldine Kulik and niece, Justine Baughman. He is survived by his three nieces, Karen Fay, Kelly Jacobbi and Colleen Juston and half brother Donald Barrett. Bob Bobbo as the Marino family called him, adopted him as their step- grandfather to Micah, Timothy, Justin Jr., Mariana, Isabella, Joseph, Matthew, Sophia, Mia, Deven, Caleb, Zaden, Jensen, Liam, Logan and Bennett. But above all Bobbo is survived by Patrick Marino, whom he considered his adopted step-son. Private services will be held for the family at St. John Cemetery in Cheektowaga, where he will be interred next to his mother, Beulah Kothe, who was Bobs life-long hero and champion. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of life at Carmines Restaurant, 9430 Transit Road, East Amherst on Saturday (March 5th) at 12 noon.
